The Newcastle Trades Hall Council (NTHC) is the legal owner of this web site. This privacy statement applies to the web site known as newtradeshall.com with a home page address of www.newtradeshall.com. NTHC is the sole owner of the information collected on newtradeshall.com.

The safety of children is very important to us. Whilst NTHC makes every reasonable effort to ensure that children's privacy and other rights are not compromised, it is ultimately the responsibility of parents to monitor their children's Internet usage.

This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe.
